Police Arrests Pastor Who Prophesied About Shatta Wale’s Shooting
Information reaching the front desk of Ghnewsfile.Com indicates that Bishop Stephen Akwesi Appiah, also known as Jesus Ahuofe, has been arrested by the Ghana Police.
Jesus Ahoufe is the pastor who publicly announced that Ghanaian dancehall musician Shatta Wale will be shot by armed men on 18th October, 2021.
The doom prophecy was treated with kid’s gloves by the public and brushed aside but it gained attention yesterday when information came from the camp of the Dancehall artist that he has reportedly been shot.
Nana Romeo of Accra FM disclosed that Jesus Ahuofe was picked up by personnel from the Ghana police service in the early hours of Tuesday morning when he was about to go on air for his show.
He stated that two police vehicles came to the premises of Accra FM to arrest the man of God to assist in the investigation of the alleged shooting and disappearance of Shatta Wale.
The wife of Bishop Stephen Akwesi Appiah confirmed the arrest but said she believes the police was unfair for arresting a man of God for just saying what he saw in a vision.
She added that the man of God was innocent and even fasted and prayed when he received the revelation from God before coming out to announce it.
