Tottenham and England captain, Harry Kane snubs Ronaldo, picks ‘world’s best player’

England and Tottenham Hotspur striker, Harry Kane, has snubbed Manchester United’s Cristiano Ronaldo while naming the two best players in world football at the moment.
Captain for the Three Lions of England instead chose Paris Saint-Germain and former Barcelona talisman, Lionel Messi and Bayern Munich’s Robert Lewandowski as the two best players in the game presently.
Kane believes the Argentine will always be in the conversation for the world’s best player, placing him alongside Lewandowski, who is enjoying another fruitful year.
“I mean [Lionel] Messi is always definitely in the conversation. [Robert] Lewandowski, another fantastic year for him. My pick would be between them two – both are amazing players,” Kane told Amazon Prime Video Sport’s Q&A series.
Lionel Messi recently won the 2021 Ballon d’ Or, while Lewandowski won the FIFA Men’s best player award.
