Fire outbreak has risen very high this season. Not long, we heard a fire outbreak at the Akwatia line in Kumasi, now it’s also happened again in Nkrumah Circle.
A two-story building behind the First African House property which was once known as Tobacco House at the Kwame Nkrumah Circle adjacent to GCB Towers in the Klottey Korley Constituency of the Greater Accra Region has been set ablaze.
From the source of Ghnewsfile, the fire started at about 7 AM today, Friday, 4 February 2022. From source; “In a report made by Accra 100.5FM’s Captain Smith, who was present at the scene, said the fire outbreak was uncovered by a driver who was billed to pick a car parked at First African House.” it read.
Firefighters arrived at the scene with three engines to stave off the fire from circulating to further properties. One of the trucks had to go for a refill at a fire hydrant close to the Odawna Pedestrians Shopping Mall.
An eyewitness said the affected residence was preparing for a funeral and the family was almost ready to go for the corpse ahead of a lookout tonight. Some passersby said they thought it was someone burning rubbish until the fire was amassed.
