Government commissions newly constructed modern road at Apiate

The community of Apiate has gotten their road constructed to meet the modern standard after the unpopular explosion tore the road and tow apart.
The explosion that took several lives and destroyed numerous properties was caused by a vehicle of Maxam Ghana Limited carrying mining explosives to a mining site on January 20, 2022.
Barely 2 months after the mining explosion destroyed the town, the government of Ghana put measures in place and has constructed a new road that connects the community to the rest of the region.
The newly constructed modern road was opened to traffic by Deputy Minister for Roads and Highways Mavis Nkansah Boadu.
