FIFA U-20 World Cup: Black Princesses coach Ben Fokuo is sure that the weather will not hamper his team’s performance against Ethiopia. Read News.

Ben Fokuo, coach of the Black Princesses, has stated that the weather in Addis Ababa will not influence his team’s performance in Sunday’s FIFA U-20 World Cup qualifiers versus Ethiopia.

Ghana held their formal training session at the Abebe Bikila stadium on Saturday, ahead of their first leg match.

The Princesses advanced to the final stage of the qualifications with a 7-1 aggregate victory over Uganda.

“We already know the weather, and it’s not horrible. We had our official training, and judging by how hard the girls are working, you can tell the weather isn’t an impediment. “The weather isn’t all that different from what we’re used to in Ghana,” coach Fokuo explained.

He noted that the team had worked hard in Ghana to get to this point in the qualifying campaign.

“We’ve been training at Ghanaian and have played a few of friendly matches.” The players are eager to get to Costa Rica, and their demeanor reflects that, so I’m confident they’ll get all of the maximum points tomorrow.”

The game is set to begin at 1:00 GMT on Sunday, March 13, 2022, at the Abebe Bikila Stadium.

The Black Princesses are expecting to finish the qualification campaign undefeated thanks to CostRica’s knowledge.

The FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup will be held in Costa Rica in August 2022.
