“Sorry, it’s in my blood” – Davido reiterates passion after being warned to stay off politics

Superstar Afrobeat singer, Davido Adeleke, refuses to back down on politics as he re-affirms his passion despite advice from fans.

The singer is no stranger to politics, particularly when it comes to his uncle’s campaign for governor of Osun State.

Ademola Adeleke’s ambition in Osun State has been hampered by a court ruling declaring his opponent genuine, according to a Twitter post.

Davido, on the other hand, responded to the publication by stating categorically that state courts have more jurisdiction than a Federal High Court ruling.

In reaction, a concerned fan advised the singer to wash his hands clean of anything relating to politics.

“Sorry it’s in my blood and it’s def my passion … and it ain’t stopping SHIT,” Davido wrote in reply.
