After Brentford’s complete loss to Leicester, Tariqe Fosu earns his English Premier League international debut.

Tariqe Fosu, a Ghana international, came in as a second-half replacement in Brentford’s 2-1 loss to Leicester City in the English Premier League on Sunday afternoon.

The player has not played in any games this season and was even on the verge of a loan move during the winter transfer window.

Unfortunately, discussions were unable to be finalized, and the winger, who can also play as a defender, was forced to remain in his current position.

When Brentford played Leicester City as a guest today, he got his first minutes in the English Premier League.

Tariqe Fosu came in to replace Rico Henry while his side was already down two goals to the opposition.

During his cameo appearance, he assisted Yoane Wissa in scoring a consolation goal for Brentford in the 85th minute.

Unfortunately for the visitors, goals from Timothy Castagne and James Maddison in the first half were enough for Leicester City to win the game.
