According to the Nigerian High Commission in Ghana, the supposed VIP tickets for the match that were supposed to be delivered to the Nigerian delegation at their hotel never arrived, and as a result, their delegation was not allowed entry into the stadium, and further attempts all proved futile.
They further emphatically expressed their displeasure over the shabby treatment of the super eagle’s national team squad upon arrival as the team was handed iron stairs for exit from the plane which worsen their plights by jumping from the plane. To them, it seems quite shocking because earlier upon the arrival of the Nigerian delegation, they never suffered such a fate.
