VGMA23 Full Winners List – Fameye Dethrones Kofi Kinaata as Songwriter of the Year
Fameye Music dethroned Kofi Kinaata as Ghana’s best songwriter at the 23rd Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.
Fameye received the prestigious Songwriter of the Year award, beating out Kinaata, who had won the award for the past four years.
Kinaata’s reign of terror came to an end thanks to Fameye’s strong musical year, which included songs like Praise.
The first part of the 2022 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) took place on May 6, 2022, at the Accra International Conference Centre’s Grand Arena.
Many awards were given out on the night.
