Burna Boy reacts following report of his police escort shooting married man at a club

Burna Boy, a Grammy winner, has reacted to a claim that his police escort shot a married man at Cubana club in Lagos State.

According to reports, Burna Boy made a pass at the man’s wife, and when he became enraged, one of his police escorts fired rounds at the man and another person, sending them to the hospital.

Burna Boy was also reported to have quickly traveled to Spain for a gig, implying that he was unconcerned.

Days after the report surfaced, the singer took to Twitter to say that he is no longer surprised by anything that comes on social media about him.

He wrote: “Nigerian Social media can say BURNA BOY started Boko haram, e no go shock me.”
