PSG allegedly promised Vinicius Jr. €40 million in annual wages and a business opportunity in Qatar if he joined them.

According to Marca, PSG tried extremely hard to convince Vinicius Jr to reject a new contract with Real Madrid and join them in the summer window.
According to the report, the Ligue 1 giants’ representatives persisted in asking the Brazilian winger not to agree to a new contract from March to November last year.
Vinicius Jr was told that if he pushed to join PSG later this year, he would be paid €40 million per year.
Not only that, but he was promised a sizable signing bonus as well as a business opportunity in Qatar.
Vinicius, on the other hand, ignored the lucrative offers and is set to sign a new long-term contract with Real Madrid next month.
