Martina Dwamena, a popular TikTok user from Ghana who goes by the nickname Asantewaa, has spoken out against the fee she charges for each post she makes to promote music on the TikTok video-sharing app.

The popular social media artist said she bases her charges on the song’s content in an exclusive interview with Gilbert Abeiku Aggrey Santana of Okay FM’s Ekwansodwodwo show.

The manager of Asantewaa, who was present in the studio, hinted that the song’s lyrics and musical style will help them determine the kind of content to produce and the price to charge for the post.

According to Cassious, Asantewaa’s manager, they typically charge around GHc3,000 for each post made on their platform.

Asantewaa, on the other hand, stated that even when the artist contacts them for a deal, some of these music promotions are carried out for no charge.
