The video, which has gone viral on social media, shows the young man being approached by a woman wearing the customary white dress, who then slips a ring onto his finger.

The woman blocked netizens from seeing her face clearly because she was wearing a face mask and a hijab.

She approached him, got on her knees, and carefully inserted the ring into his finger. Later, the couple hugged while other corps members led spirited chants in praise of her audacity.
