Sammy Holy Ghost, a Ghanaian video blogger, accomplished the unthinkable by lifting a plus-sized woman at this year’s “Ghana’s Strongest” weightlifting competition. The top competitors in the competition were unable to lift the woman, but Sammy managed to do it.
