The Case Is In Court, I’m Blind To Any Form Of Apology From UTV – Chairman Wontumi

The regional chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) for Ashanti, Bernard Antwi Boasiako, asserted that he is unaware of any sort of apology from United Television (UTV).

United Television has apologized to Chairman Wontumi for some offensive comments made on Saturday during United Showbiz.

The TV network, the host of the program, and some of the show’s commenters are all being sued by Wontumi, though.

Despite the fact that United Television and its executives apologized for their disparaging remarks about Wontumi, he still filed a lawsuit.

Wontumi said he is blind to any sort of apologies from the television station when discussing the matter on Accra’s Metro Television.

“Paul I don’t want to talk about it because the thing is in court and you are a student of law so you don’t need to talk about it,” he said.

When Paul chose to show it to him he retorted “you can show but it doesn’t mean I can see. If you are showing it means you are showing. Paul I’m saying the things that are in court I don’t talk about it,” he said.
