Drake Tests Positive For COVID-19 – Postpones Young Money Reunion Show

Young Money’s reunion tonight has been postponed because Canadian music icon Drake tested positive for COVID-19!

As part of Drake’s October World Weekend festival, the original Young Money trio of Drake, Nicki Minaj, and Lil Wayne were scheduled to perform at the ongoing Budweiser Stage in Toronto.

Since July 28th, the festival has been going on, and tonight was supposed to be the big Young Money reunion finale.

Sadly, the Champagne Papi himself had COVID-19 in his system.

He took to his Instagram story to announce his diagnosis and the postponement of the show.

Drake promised to have the show rescheduled as soon as possible once he’s healthy.

“I am truly devastated to say that I tested positive for Covid and the Young Money reunion show scheduled for tonight is being rescheduled to the SOONEST date possible. I will keep the city posted and share the new date whenever we have it locked,” the 35-year-old posted.

He added: “Until then I hope everyone stays safe and healthy and I love you all […] I am so sorry for letting you down on our weekend together and the moment I test negative I will give you everything I got on stage (except the Covid).”

We wish Drake the speediest of recoveries!
