Tiwa Savage recently caused quite a stir when she performed at an event.
The crooner thrilled fans at the BudXLagos FIFA KickOff Concert on Saturday, 30th at the Eko Convention Centre in Lagos.
The concert, which included performances by Davido, 2Baba, Asake, and others, is a celebration of the FIFA World Cup Tournament, which is set to begin in November and will be held in Qatar this time.
One of the major highlights of the show was Tiwa Savage’s encounter with an overzealous fan.
In the video sighted online, Tiwa was performing on stage when a young man gained access to the stage from the crowd and rushed towards her.
Tiwa’s back-up singer got a hold of the young man who fought hard and gave him a hard time.
However, The music star was quick to intercede and stop her back-up singer from sending the fan away. She shared a warm hug with the young man, showed him the main way out, before returning to her performance.
The singer stopped for a few seconds to check if her jewelry necklace was still intact and wore a huge smile as fans reacted to the funny moment.
