Drama as bridge collapses in South Africa while officials were officially opening it (Video)

In South Africa, a bridge collapsed as it was being put into service by officials, and a video of the event has since gone viral.

The project’s commissioners can be seen in the film standing on the bridge.

The bridge fell away and collapsed as soon as a female official cut the ribbon declaring it open, sending the officials plummeting down with it.

Quickly rushing to the bridge are onlookers who want to save the officials.

Fortunately, nobody died.
