The Son of Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson Debuts on “Keeping Up with the Kardashians”
Khloe Kardashian gave the world its first look at her newborn son on an episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians after she and Tristan Thompson had their second child via surrogate.
The first television appearance of Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson‘s son has occurred.
On the season two premiere of The Kardashians, which debuted on Hulu on September 22nd, the Good American CEO gave the world its first look at her and the NBA star’s lovely infant. Khloe finally made it to the hospital in time to witness the birth of her and Tristan’s son via surrogate.
In an on-air confessional, Khloe exclaimed, “I am so grateful.” To have this opportunity is a beautiful blessing.
Khloe’s representative confirmed to E! News on August 5 that she and Tristan had welcomed baby No. 2 via surrogate.

A source close to Khloe told E! News that she and her 4-year-old daughter, True Thompson, are “thrilled” by the new addition to the family.
According to the source, “they are all very happy about welcoming a new baby,” which was reported on August 8. “Since True is at an appropriate age now, she can participate in routine caregiving tasks like feeding and diaper changing. She’s delighted to take on the role of big sister.”
As a new big sister, True has been a source of pride for Khloe. Seeing her in this new capacity has been exciting for her, as this insider explains. The fact that she was able to give True a sibling has made her feel like she’s in heaven.
Though Khloe and Tristan have a new baby, that doesn’t imply they’re back together. He had a son with Maralee Nichols in December 2021, and a separate source told E! News in July that the couple “have not spoken outside of co-parenting matters.”
The celebrity has made no secret of her desire to provide True with a younger sister.
Khloe expressed her desire to expand her family to include a second child to her then-boyfriend Tristan on a February 2021 episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
Khloe attempted in vitro fertilization three times before deciding to use a surrogate.
During June 2021 Keeping Up with the Kardashians reunion, she revealed, “It’s a lengthy, hard procedure to find a surrogate.” “I did, but it all fell through in the end. They have to take so many tests and do so many other stuff. In other words, I haven’t finished the path yet. Just, I had anticipated a lot smoother procedure. No, that’s not the case. The task is difficult for me.”
