“I’m a senior player, so I’m sure to get a spot on the Black Stars.” – Andre Dede Ayew

Andre Dede Ayew is the captain of the Black Stars. He says that only senior players like him are sure to go to the World Cup.
“The new players are good, but we already have a strong team that qualified for the World Cup, so every spot is competitive,”

“I don’t think anyone is sure to make the team yet, except maybe the older players who may have an edge. Everyone must show their worth on the field, and everyone has a chance. This gives the coach more options, solutions, and formations, and he told Aljazeera that he thinks it’s good to have new players with the right mindset.
Some people think that some of these players could make Otto Addo’s final World Cup team for the tournament in Qatar in November.
Ayew, on the other hand, says that no player is sure of a spot on the team yet, with the possible exception of some senior players.
“The players are good, and making it to the World Cup makes you look good.” Why don’t you let them come?”
“The door is open for any Ghanaian who wants to play for and help the country, but you have to come with the same drive you have for your club, and you can’t expect everything to be the same on the national team as it is in your European club because the team needs time to adjust.”
