Man City Star De Bruyne Still Esteems Cristiano Ronaldo After He Was Sighted Leaving The Etihad With His Shirt

Kevin De Bruyne, a star player for Man City, was seen leaving the Etihad with Cristiano Ronaldo’s shirt, even though Ronaldo was left on the bench by United in the 6-3 derby loss.

Cristiano Ronaldo’s manager at Manchester United may not value him as much as he used to, but he’s still a big enough star that Kevin De Bruyne went to find him after Sunday’s Manchester derby to ask for his No. 7 shirt.

Erik ten Hag said that he left Ronaldo on the bench at the Etihad because he respected Ronaldo and his long career, but former United captain Roy Keane said that his old team didn’t respect the 37-year-old.

After helping Manchester City beat their rivals 6-3, De Bruyne was seen leaving with a Manchester United shirt and said it belonged to Cristiano Ronaldo.
