UCL: Thierry Henry cautions Chelsea forward – “Managers don’t trust you, Find your way”

Thierry Henry, who once scored the most goals in the Premier League, told Christian Pulisic, a Chelsea forward, to force his way into Graham Potter‘s plans.

Even after Thomas Tuchel was fired, the 24-year-old US international has had trouble getting a regular spot on the team. Since Potter took over, he hasn’t started any of the last three games.

Pulisic has said that he was upset with the club because he didn’t get to play much during Tuchel’s time there.

Henry, who used to play for Arsenal, told the former Borussia Dortmund star, who was left on the bench in Chelsea’s 3-0 Champions League win over AC Milan on Wednesday night, that he needs to start making an impact at Stamford Bridge.

“At some point, you’re going to have to bring something to the table,” Henry told CBS Sports. “I know I keep saying that, but it’s true.”

“How many managers won’t believe you? At some point, it will have to be you. So, figure it out.

“At some point, show us what you can do, and maybe he’ll be good enough for the US team and the World Cup.”
