Stonebwoy Stands with Mahama – Calls for ‘Okada’ to be Legalized

Dancehall star Stonebwoy has joined former President Dramani Mahama and called for the activities of ‘Okadas’ to be legalized.

‘Okadas’, or motorcycles, is one form of transportation that’s technically illegal in Ghana, although they are still in operations.

Ahead of the upcoming elections, former President and NDC flagbeaer, John Mahama, has promised that he would legalize the operations of Okada if bring into power the second time.

The proposal has been welcomed by some and dismissed by others.

However, the ‘Sobolo’ crooner apparently supports it.

In a video spotted online, Stonebwoy talks about using Okada, making it clear he supports it.

“Sometimes we need to join the Okada charley…too much traffic my guy. Okada is good for the people. Ashaiman boy… I had to join the Okada because of too much traffic,” Stonebwoy said.
